method
remark
Low processing speed 
1.At first, to check the parameter setting, and adjust to about 6MPA 
2 power of liquid-smooth.
3. Electrode not straight, rotating up, the arc-shaped electrode was movement. 
Electrode sintered
1. Liquid pipe blocked, no water out from the center hole out, change the electrode(to process Φ0.3 always happen)
2. Small diameter electrodes processing, the current excessive. Current lower. 
3 Not installed electrode and work piece better, to re-fixture please.
Processing instability 
1. Liquid-mouth deflection, fluid no straight, resulting in the processing of instability.
2. Electrode quality is not high may lead to such a situation, replace the electrode. 
3. Deep processing often shorted regression, sometimes the front of electrode is not directly or center hole drilling chuck and guidance for different heart center hole. If the front electrode not straight, please change it If the center hole and guidance for different heart, adjustments mandrel reorientation concentricity.
4. To check the work piece and electrode.
5. The voltage can not be adjusted, or short-circuit or open circuit, servo system may malfunction, please call us.
 ARC appear in processing time 
1. Dial-up connections switch (2) to adjust on "0" location.
2. Liquid-hole plug, no working fluid out.
3. power pipe damage ,please call us.
Loss hydraulic
1. Hydraulic of net power is shortage
2. Water of store water barrel is shortage.
3. Surge of needle not good. Please call us.
The water pump and power hard to open
1. If fuse malfunction, to change it.
2. Voltage pump load is lower or larger, and thermal protection relay. To replace the thermal protection relay by oneself.
3. Switch (5) malfunction, please change it.
Fans hard to open or can not drive
1.Three phase is loss phase
2. Emergency Stop Switch (10) is bad, please change it.
3. The fuse malfunction, please change it.
The rotation is not transferred 
1. Connector access undesirable, please check it.
2. In-phase gear strip is not hard up, to fasten the nail of wheel head.
3. The switch (7) malfunctions, please change it.
4. The circuit may have problem, please call us.
5. The motor axis may malfunction, please call us.
Digital table is not displayed or lack of standards 
1. The fuse of digital malfunction, please change it.
2. Light feet may malfunction, please call us.
